I am in awe of how one's life can go out in a ripple effect to many people in the Universe. I am reminded of this life event in the famous Christmas movie, It's A Wonderful Life. In this film George, the man who gave up his life dreams for his father's business and the town, was in a great deal of financial trouble. George wanted to end his life. He was given to a chance to see what Life without him would have been, by Clarence an Angel, who was sent to help George.
George was able to revisit what would have been Life without him in the small town. Of course George realized he was a lucky man and no manner of debt or problems were worth giving up his life.
We are all needed here in this lifetime. Even when someone feels utterly worthless, hopeless or discouraged in self-approval, there is always some value that he or she has done for the world.
When we have helped anyone it is a blessing that goes forth like pollen to reach untold people and future generations. Nothing is ever in vain. There is purpose in each and every life.
